SENSITIVITIES AND ALLERGIES
Please be advised that some products by So Daam contain soy products, seafood (Shellfish) products (fish sauce, fish cakes, shrimps sauce, shrimps and scallops), wheat products. Please read the ingredient description carefully when making a purchase and contact us if you have any questions regarding sensitivities and allergies.
CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?
We do serve many customers with dietary restrictions/allergies and large portions also available upon request. If you have any questions regarding your special needs, please contact us via email info@sodaam.com
DO YOU DELIVER?
1. Delivery location
Locations within 45km are available for delivery. Any shipment outside of the proximity is not guaranteed. Please contact us at info@sodaam.com for further assistance.
2. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates, are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please be advised that there is NO delivery on Sundays to Wednesdays, only Thursdays to Saturdays. For custom order and delivery settings, please contact us via email at info@sodaam.com.
3. Delivery Fee
Delivery fee varies within the distance by kilometers from our location.
QUALITY ISSUES
If our products arrived spoiled or contaminated, please contact us right away at info@sodaam.com and we will be happy to send a replacement within a reasonable date. As our items are perishable, there won't be any returns necessary. Due to the nature of our products, issues regarding personal preferences will not be eligible for refunds.
